Couples counselling is an important, confidential, equal, non-judgemental therapeutic environment.

If you have reached a crucial time in your relationship and find it difficult to talk together then attending couples counselling can be a valuable opportunity to analyse and collaboratively resolve conflict

Sometimes couples counselling is about re-contracting, exploring and looking at what is working within the relationship and what is not. There are also time when the best solution or outcome is to consider separating which can be a highly painful and difficult experience for both parties

However in a respectful and professional environment where feelings and emotions on both sides can be discussed and heard, change can for the better can happen.

My style of working is collaborative, sometimes directive, gentle and encouraging. I have experience working in family mediation settings and work with the whole family.
