Having worked for many years with young people in schools and colleges, I understand the importance of being able to talk through worries and fears.

To speak and have your voice listened to is important, especially when you struggling to communicate with your friends or family.

There are lots of occasions which can be stressful or worrying, exam time is an example, but equally there are often times when it is hard to understand emotions. Through exploration it is possible to understand your feelings more and ultimately establish what the underlying causes may be.

It can be helpful to have other ways of communicating feelings, emotions and issues that are difficult to talk directly about.

I therefore offer therapeutic mediums such as, art therapy, drawing, creative play using a variety of artistic materials, modelling clay, crystal and rock work which seeks to help the narrative unfold in a way that is comfortable to a young person.
