I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor.

I work either long term, open ended, or short term concentrated work to help a person achieve change. When we are unhappy, worried, anxious, behaving out of character, unable to focus on work or home, repeating unhelpful patterns of behaviours, feeling overwhelmed or unfulfilled. These are just a few reasons but there are countless examples of why a person may seek professional help. We are all individual so your issue will be unique to you, it can difficult to establish the underlying reason on your own.

What my clients think...

I came to Beverly Nolan with acute Generalised Anxiety Disorder. I had suffered on and off with bouts of anxiety throughout my adolescent and adult life, and she was the first person to empower me with extremely effective tools to manage this condition...

I think of myself as a bit of a worrier but there have been times in my life when I've been consumed by these worries. One such time was when I was a few months from getting married, having lost a relative years before I found myself in quite a sad and lonely place which is when I began to see Beverly.

Beverly was a lifeline when I went through a period of post natal anxiety. She was very supportive and responsive and was even available at short notice on the urgent occasions I was in need of immediate support.
